Registrar's Center Services
The Registrar's Center along with the Admissions Unit assists students (old and new) in the Registration for enrollment. It coordinates with the Admissions Unit with the requirements for admission of students.
EVALUATION OF GRADES/CREDITING OF COURSES
FOR TED: The Registrar and her staff evaluate the grades of transferees or returnees. They oversee the crediting of courses from the previous school or college where the applying student was enrolled and advise the student on what courses to take.
REPOSITORY OF RECORDS
All academic records of students enrolled and graduated in the College are kept in the Registrar's Center. Active files for BED are kept by the Principals and forwarded to the Registrar's Center at the end of the school year. Active TED records on the other hand are kept and maintained by the Registrar/staff.
PREPARATION AND RELEASE OF ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS
Academic records can be requested at the Registrar's Center. This includes Form 137, Certificates, Official Transcript of Records, Diploma, and other similar records.
The student/guardian/ representative must fill out the Application of records available at the Registrar's Center. The fees for the requested records will be paid at the Business Center. The Registrar staff will give the scheduled date for the release of requested documents.
The Registrar finalizes the Candidates for Graduation for BED and TED. Requirements for graduation such as Special Order application for Senior High School and other requirements for graduation are prepared by the Center. The Center is also the responsible for the preparation for graduation and the graduation ceremonies.
